Return conditions:
- Compliance with deadlines
- The item is in new condition and not assembled.
- The packaging is in good condition and without adhesive paper (we reserve the right to deduct restocking fee to replace damaged packaging).
Form
Send us a return request via our ticket system within 30 days of purchase.
Ticket
You will receive a ticket number from us.
Return shipment
After receiving the ticket, you have 14 days to return it to us (shipping costs are at your expense).

Warranty claim
Form
Send your enquiry within 2 years of purchase.

We will check your return request and give you feedback.

You have 14 days after our feedback with a request to send your item to us (shipping costs at your expense).

Mandatory warranty check is carried out.
Feedback
In the event of technical defects, you will receive a credit note. In case of doubt, the technical department will contact you (and your end customer, if applicable)
Evaluation & credit note:
The results of the warranty claim are made available.
Either the item is not a problem, in which case the refund will be refused (we will then send the item back to you), or the item has a technical defect and a credit note will be issued.

If you have any other concerns (e.g. agreed stock clearance), you can also submit a ticket. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
